This Privacy Policy explains what information Parker-Lambert ("Parker-Lambert," "we," "us") collects through Unblockifier and Unblockifier Reader (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide one, your display name. If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google account's email, name, and a unique identifier from Google, and nothing else from your Google account.
Your content. Manuscripts, notes, planning entries, character and location records, and anything else you write or upload, plus any cover image you upload.
Usage and AI activity. We log which AI features you run and how much of your monthly allowance each uses, so your account's usage total is accurate. We do not use your manuscript content to train any AI model.
Reading activity. If you use a reader account, we record which shared books you have opened and your furthest read position, so "Continue Reading" and progress indicators work.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies to remember reading preferences you set yourself: color theme, text size, page width, typeface, and paragraph style, so the Service looks the way you left it on your next visit. These are preference cookies, not advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your manuscript content with anyone except the third-party AI providers described below, solely to run the AI feature you asked for.
Some features send part of your manuscript to a third-party AI provider so the feature can run, for example, OpenAI for analysis features (finding characters and locations, pacing, editorial review) and ElevenLabs for AI narration. These providers process that content only to return a result to the Service; we do not have visibility into or control over their own internal handling beyond what their terms describe. We only send what a given feature needs to do its job, and only when you choose to run it.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to (hello@unblockifier.com), we will delete your account information and content within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain something by law.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@unblockifier.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting passwords and restricting access to your content to your own account. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
