DMCA Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Parker-Lambert respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Unblockifier and Unblockifier Reader (together, the "Service") to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Designated Agent

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

Parker-Lambert
Attn: DMCA Designated Agent
Email: hello@unblockifier.com

How to File a Notice

To be effective, a notice of claimed infringement must be in writing and include substantially the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it on the Service (for example, a link to the published book, chapter, or scene);
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material identified and will make a reasonable effort to notify the writer who published it.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material you published was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent above, including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

On receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complaining party informs us that it has filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
